Position Summary: Drive growth through Donor Relationship & Retail Fundraising

Swami Vivekananda Youth Movement (SVYM) is looking for a dynamic, full-time Officer – Relationship Management to join our team in Mysuru! As an Ambassador for SVYM, you will connect with donors, share our rich history and strategic vision, and build powerful partnerships to fuel our socio-economic development projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Donor Ambassadorship: Represent SVYM to potential and existing funders, sharing our vision and current project impact.
• Fundraising & Growth: Conduct market research, handle retail fundraising, re-engage lapsed donors, and increase donor wallet share.
• Relationship Management: Manage existing funder relationships, resolve escalations proactively, and provide regular project updates.
• Lead Generation: Cold call and secure meetings with potential CSR and individual funders based on strategic market scans.
• Proposals & Presentations: Create compelling donor proposals and deliver high-impact presentations.

Who We Are Looking For:

• Education: Graduate or Master’s Degree in the Development Sector, CSR, or Marketing & Sales.
• Experience: Freshers or professionals with 1–2 years of experience in the NGO sector are preferred.
• Language Proficiency: Strong oral and written communication skills in both English and Kannada.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office (reporting and presentations). Knowledge of Digital Marketing is a strong advantage.
