ACUTAAS CHEMICALS LIMITED in Surat seeks a chemical process development professional to drive scale-up from bench to kilo-lab. You will validate process parameters, improve yields and ensure smooth technology transfer to production.

The role involves planning and documenting experiments, maintaining rigorous lab records, and collaborating with R&D and production teams while adhering to safety and environmental standards.

Formación

• 0-5 years of experience in an API or speciality chemicals industry.
• BE/B.Tech Chemical qualification, or B.Sc/MSc Organic Chemistry.
• Experience with process development, scale up, and technology transfer processes.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct process development experiments and scale-up activities.
• Perform experiments and trials to validate process parameters and improve yields, quality, and scalability.
• Work on scaling up processes from bench scale to kilo lab, ensuring reproducibility and consistency.
• Collaborate with R&D and production teams for seamless technology transfer.
• Plan, execute, and document experiments in kilo labs as per approved protocols.
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental standards in kilo lab operations.
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive lab records, including batch reports and process flow diagrams.
• Actively contribute to cross-functional meetings and discussions on process improvements.
