Position Overview

Office of EdTech requires technical & hands‑on experience in e‑learning, online assessment platforms, and app development. The role demands a solid technical background with understanding and/or hands‑on experience in app development and web technologies. The person will manage projects with top‑down oversight throughout entire execution to ensure success per scope, budget and timeline standards.

Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Lead and oversee projects with comprehensive top‑down management, ensuring adherence to defined standards of scope, budget, and timeline.
  • Cross‑Departmental Collaboration: Facilitate seamless collaboration across various departments for digital content projects.
  • Data Digitization and Streamlining: Lead the initiative to streamline and digitize data collection processes, focusing on the RTR (Return to Roots) project.
  • Vendor and Partner Management: Identify suitable partners/vendors, delegate responsibilities, and manage project activities end‑to‑end.
  • Development Lifecycle Ownership: Guide the team through development, testing, and implementation stages, focusing on effective work review and technical risk management.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Interface with stakeholders to gather requirements, conduct regular team meetings, and ensure transparent tracking of project progress.
  • Technical Expertise & Resource Management: Provide direction and technical expertise in design, development, and system integration; identify resource and equipment needs; conduct capacity planning.
  • Organizational Efficiency: Demonstrate strong organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and effective multitasking; generate detailed reports on milestones and deliverables.
  • Collaborative Partnership: Work closely with Instructional Designers, Administrators, and Subject Matter Experts to ensure optimal setup and execution of educational content delivery.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science or related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in EdTech, including development work.
  • Experience working with e‑learning platforms and online assessment systems.
  • Good understanding of LMS and their implementation.
  • Ability to support technology‑enabled learning solutions and digital education platforms.
  • Excellent problem‑solving skills.
