Room to Read is seeking an experienced HR professional to manage payroll processing, annual Full & Final settlements, and benefits administration in India. The role reports to the Officer, People Operations and requires coordination with vendors, compliance with wage codes, and data management in Workday.
Ideal candidates will oversee attendance, leave management, contract renewals, and audits, ensuring timely processing and accurate records across state offices.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in payroll processing and related activities, including monthly payroll inputs, reconciliation, and statutory compliance. This role involves managing gratuity renewal processes, attendance, leave management, and coordinating exit formalities. The position will report to Officer, People Operations.
