Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of treasury data domains and Treasury Management Systems.

• Analytical, problem-solving and advanced Excel/data analysis skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and improve treasury data governance policies, standards, controls, and accountability frameworks.
• Establish and monitor data quality frameworks, metrics and processes; resolve data quality issues.
• Define treasury data ownership, stewardship, and accountability models across data domains.

• Respond to data queries, assist in testing, migration, reconciliation, and project initiatives as required.

Job Description

Introduction

The Data Governance Analyst will support the implementation, optimisation, and ongoing management of the Treasury Management Solution (TMS) by ensuring the quality, integrity, consistency, and governance of treasury data across the organisation. This role partners with business and technology stakeholders to establish data governance frameworks, improve data quality, support treasury operations, and ensure reliable data is available for decision‑making, reporting, and regulatory requirements.

What you'll do

• You'll support the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of treasury data governance policies, standards, controls, and accountability frameworks.
• You'll establish and maintain data quality frameworks, metrics, and monitoring processes, while identifying, analysing, and resolving data quality issues related to completeness, accuracy, consistency, and timeliness.
• You'll define and maintain treasury data ownership, stewardship, and accountability models, ensuring effective governance across treasury data domains.
• You'll document data lineage and support end-to-end mapping of treasury data flows to improve transparency, traceability, and data management practices.
• You'll respond to data‑related queries, participate in testing, data migration and reconciliation activities, and support ad hoc treasury and project initiatives as required.

Qualifications

About you

• You have experience in Data Governance, Data Management, Business Analysis, Treasury Systems, or a related discipline.
• You have a strong understanding of treasury operations, treasury data domains, and Treasury Management Systems such as Kyriba, FIS Quantum, GTreasury, SAP Treasury, Reval, Integrity, or similar platforms.
• You have knowledge of data quality management, data lineage, metadata management, master data governance, and experience supporting data migration, reconciliation, and testing activities.
• You possess strong analytical, problem‑solving, and advanced Excel/data analysis skills, with the ability to interpret and manage complex datasets.
• You communicate effectively with cross‑functional business and technology stakeholders and demonstrate excellent documentation, written, and verbal communication skills.
