Job summary

IQ-EQ is seeking a Regulatory Reporting leader to oversee a dedicated team, ensuring accurate and timely regulatory deliverables while aligning with client expectations and internal controls.

You will coach and develop team members, manage capacity and workflow, and collaborate with stakeholders to drive governance reporting and performance improvements across multiple regulatory regimes.

Qualifications

  • Experience supervising teams in financial services, regulatory reporting, fund services, depositary, or similar.
  • Overseeing deadline-driven deliverables, meeting KPIs and SLAs, and managing workflow.
  • Coaching staff, performance management, and staff development.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the Regulatory Reporting team to ensure accurate, timely deliverables meeting regulatory requirements, client expectations, and internal procedures.

Job Description
This Role

Responsible for managing the Regulatory Reporting team, ensuring compliance and quality in deliverables, developing team capability, coordinating with stakeholders, and driving operational efficiency through continuous improvement.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
  • You’ll manage and oversee the Regulatory Reporting team, ensuring accurate, timely deliverables that meet regulatory requirements, client expectations, and internal procedures.
  • You’ll lead and develop team members through coaching, training, performance management, and accountability, fostering capability and professional growth.
  • You’ll monitor workflow by managing team capacity, reallocating resources, addressing escalations, and ensuring KPIs, service levels, and quality standards are consistently met.
  • You’ll collaborate with stakeholders including the Associate Director, onshore teams, and support functions to manage priorities, governance reporting, and service performance.
  • You’ll drive continuous improvement by implementing process enhancements, workflow improvements, KPI reporting, and initiatives that strengthen efficiency, scalability, and operational control.

Qualifications
ABOUT YOU
  • You have experience managing or supervising teams in financial services, regulatory reporting, fund services, depositary, or similar environments.
  • You excel at overseeing deadline‑driven deliverables, meeting KPIs and SLAs, and handling workflow management, capacity planning, and issue escalation.
  • You demonstrate leadership by coaching staff, managing performance, supporting professional development, and holding team members accountable.
  • You bring preferred expertise with exposure to AIFMD Annex IV, offshore delivery models, and collaboration with onshore stakeholders in matrixed environments, supported by a degree in accounting, finance, or business.
  • You embody key behaviours such as collaboration, accountability, sound decision‑making, stakeholder management, continuous improvement, and a strong commitment to quality and control.
