Job summary

IQ-EQ Hyderabad is seeking a banking operations professional to support Client Services by processing client payments and banking requests with accuracy and timely delivery. You will develop expertise in Kyriba, TMS, and time reporting tools while maintaining strong stakeholder communication.

The role focuses on risk mitigation, procedural compliance, and delivering high-quality operational support to clients and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in banking administration or similar role.
• Strong organizational, prioritization, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel; advanced Excel is an asset.
• Experience using Kyriba and global banking platforms.

Job Description
Job Summary
You'll support Client Services Teams by ensuring banking administration requests and client payments are processed accurately, efficiently, and within agreed deadlines. You'll develop expertise in banking systems, payment processes, and time reporting tools while maintaining strong communication with stakeholders. The role focuses on risk mitigation, process improvement, compliance with procedures, and delivering high-quality operational support to both clients and internal teams.
What You'll Do

• You'll process client payments, banking administration requests, and system updates accurately and within agreed deadlines while responding promptly to client queries and team mailbox requests.
• You'll develop and maintain strong knowledge of banking platforms, payment processes, Kyriba, TMS, and time reporting systems to ensure efficient and compliant service delivery.
• You'll collaborate with Client Services Teams, provide regular task updates, share information with colleagues, and support team training and knowledge sharing.
• You'll minimize operational risk by following established procedures and checklists, reporting breaches, complaints, or errors promptly, and assisting with error investigations and corrective actions.
• You'll proactively identify process improvements, elevate issues early, maintain accurate time reporting, and pursue ongoing training and development to become a reliable and effective team member.
