The candidate will verify invoices, process MIRO, maintain GRN records, and support accounting activities. Knowledge of SAP modules, document control, and reconciliation is essential for daily duties

Qualifications

• Experience with SAP MM/FI processes, including Invoice Verification and MIRO.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting activities.
• Good analytical and reconciliation skills.

Responsibilities

• Verify RM receipts against SAP reports and ensure accuracy of transactions.
• Review and verify service invoices and MIRO transactions in SAP.
• Verify parked raw material invoices and complete MIRO process daily.
• Validate royalty-related scanned documents and reconcile with RM receipt records.
• Check weighment reports for accuracy and completeness.
• Prepare and submit pending GRN reports.
• Scan raw material invoices and upload documents into SAP.
• Monitor PO quantities and update on pending GRNs.
• Participate in raw material verification with audit teams.

• Verify Raw Material (RM) receipts against SAP reports and ensure accuracy of recorded transactions.
• Review and verify service invoices and process MIRO transactions in SAP.
• Verify parked raw material invoices and complete the MIRO process on a daily basis.
• Validate royalty-related scanned documents and reconcile quantities with raw material receipt records.
• Check and verify weighment reports for accuracy and completeness.
• Prepare and submit pending GRN (Goods Receipt Note) reports.
• Scan raw material invoices and upload supporting documents into SAP.
• Prepare daily weighment reports and maintain proper records.
• Park packing material invoices in SAP after verification.
• Monitor Purchase Order (PO) quantities and provide updates on pending GRNs.
• Participate in raw material physical verification activities alongside internal and external audit teams.
• Support accounting and finance operations by performing additional process-oriented tasks as assigned.
