Behr-Hella Thermocontrol India seeks a detail-oriented professional to support project teams in after-series planning and data management, using SharePoint, Excel, and Power Platform tools.

The role emphasizes analytical thinking, teamwork, and proactive process improvement, with 10 days per month work-from-home and access to LinkedIn Learning plus a comprehensive health benefits package for you and your family.

Qualifications

• Analytical thinking and ability to identify relationships.
• Detail orientation with the ability to reflect critically.
• Technological affinity and good English.
• Office tools including Excel; SharePoint basic with higher proficiency a plus.
• Knowledge of Power Apps, Power Automate and Power BI is a plus.

Responsibilities

• You support the project team during the after-series preparation process.
• You independently create long-term forecasts for PTN and support the annual turnover planning process.
• You support the EOS phase-out and scrapping process at AMSC.
• You define and maintain device successor and predecessor linkages.
• You ensure the correctness of device numbers in the device master data on the SharePoint.
• You coordinate equipment and tooling management for project teams and OES Sales.
• You manage material and packaging pricing during the after-series phase in the systems.
• You address requirements regarding tooling documentation to the project team.
• You create sales processes and implement them in the tools.
