At BWS, we specialize in delivering high-quality Odoo implementations, customizations, and integrations for clients across manufacturing, distribution, services, and more.
We’re growing fast and looking for an experienced Odoo Practice Head to scale our Odoo vertical through both sales leadership and delivery excellence.
What You’ll Do
As the Odoo Practice Head – Sales & Delivery, you will:
- Own and drive the Odoo business P&L, including revenue, profitability, and client growth.
- Build and lead a high-performing Odoo team including consultants, developers, and project managers.
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for Odoo across global markets.
- Lead pre-sales, solutioning, proposal creation, and deal closures with support from the KashTech sales team.
- Oversee end-to-end Odoo project delivery, ensuring quality, scope, and client satisfaction.
- Develop reusable Odoo modules, accelerators, and vertical-specific solutions.
- Engage with clients as a strategic advisor to solve complex business problems using Odoo.
What We’re Looking For
- 10+ years of ERP experience with at least 5 years in Odoo solutioning, delivery, and leadership.
- Proven success in scaling Odoo business both from a delivery and sales perspective.
- Strong understanding of Odoo functional and technical modules (Sales, CRM, Inventory, Accounting, Manufacturing, etc.).
- Hands-on experience in leading pre-sales, crafting proposals, and customer engagements.
- Team builder with strong leadership, stakeholder management, and client-facing skills.
- Experience working in or managing offshore delivery models is a strong plus.
