• Conduct interviews and workshops to gather detailed and accurate information for Odoo ERP customization.
• Prepare a Requirement Document outlining business needs and functional requirements.
• Create a Business Requirement Document (BRD) to outline business objectives.
• Define Functional Requirement Specification (FRS) including user roles & permissions.
• Work closely with senior consultants to configure Odoo modules.
• Provide training sessions to end-users on effective use of Odoo.
• Assist in system testing to ensure quality of Odoo solutions.
• Establish and maintain positive client relationships.

Client Collaboration

• Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes and requirements.

Requirements Documentation

• Prepare a Requirement Document that outlines business needs, functional requirements, and process flows.
• Create a Business Requirement Document (BRD) outlining business objectives.
• Define Functional Requirement Specification (FRS) including user roles & permissions and module-wise functional flows.

Configuration & Customization

• Work closely with senior consultants to configure and customize Odoo modules (Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, CRM, HR, etc.) to meet client needs.
• Assist in the setup and configuration of Odoo applications including Sales, Inventory, CRM, and Accounting.

User Training & Documentation

• Provide training sessions to end-users on the effective use of Odoo modules.
• Create and maintain user documentation to facilitate smooth adoption of Odoo within client organizations.

Testing & Troubleshooting

• Assist in system testing and user acceptance testing to ensure quality and functionality of Odoo solutions.
• Collaborate with the technical team to troubleshoot and resolve issues during implementation.

Client Support

• Establish and maintain positive client relationships through effective communication and support.
• Address client inquiries and provide ongoing assistance to ensure successful use of Odoo ERP.
