Job summary

Techultra Solutions in Ahmedabad seeks a Business Analyst to sit between stakeholders, project managers and developers, owning requirement gathering, FRD/BRD authoring, UAT support, and reporting cadence on Odoo implementations.

You will translate business needs into use cases and process flows, facilitate meetings, support UAT, create test plans, and work with project managers on schedules and budgets.

Qualifications

• Experience in requirement analysis and FRD/BRD authoring.
• Hands-on experience with the Odoo framework.
• Strong English communication and stakeholder presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into use cases, process flows, FRDs/BRDs, and technical specs.
• Facilitate requirement-gathering, status, and executive-communication meetings.
• Support UAT and validate functionality.
• Contribute test plans and scripts for Odoo implementations.
• Partner with project managers on schedules, budgets, forecasts, and risk.
• Track program-level financial reporting and vendor onboarding as needed.

Responsibilities

• Support UAT
• Contribute test plans / scripts and validate functionality
• Partner with project managers on schedules, budgets, forecasts, and risk
• Track POs, vendors, resource onboarding, and program-level financial reporting
