Ab Infocom Global in Jaipur is seeking a senior Odoo Finance Implementation Expert to design, architect, and fully configure the accounting framework for an Indian Private Limited company. This role focuses on financial infrastructure, not development, and requires hands-on setup of Odoo’s front-end settings and automated workflows.

Key tasks include CoA design for Schedule III, GST engine configuration, bank integration, cross-module mapping, and real-time financial reporting.

Qualifications

• Masters degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Experience working as an accountant, preferably with Odoo ERP.
• Excellent understanding of accounting principles and practices.
• Certification in Odoo ERP (optional but preferred).

Responsibilities

• Use Odoo ERP to manage all accounting functions including payable, receivable, GL, and reporting.
• Configure Indian GST engines (CGST, SGST, IGST) and TDS/TCS rules in Odoo.
• Set up bank feeds, journals, and automated reconciliation workflows.
• Map automated postings from Sales, Purchase, Inventory, and Payroll modules.
• Create localized reporting templates (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, GST/TDS reports).
• Define multi-level approval workflows for vendor bills, credits, and expenses.

About the job: We are looking for a senior Odoo Finance Implementation Expert to design, architect, and fully configure the accounting framework for our Indian Private Limited Company. This is a pure financial infrastructure role, not a software development or coding position. We do not need a programmer. We need a highly experienced accountant who knows how to structure Odoo's front-end settings, map complex Indian tax laws, build automated workflows, and hand over a fully functioning system.

Key Responsibilities

• Chart of Accounts (CoA) Architecture: Design and deploy a clean, compliant Chart of Accounts customized for an Indian Private Limited setup (Schedule III compliance).
• Indian Tax Engine Configuration: Setup and test automated GST (CGST, SGST, IGST) tax engines, TDS sections (194C, 194J, 194I, etc.), and TCS rules within Odoo.
• Bank & Gateway Integration: Configure live bank feeds, create specialized payment journals, and set up automated bank reconciliation models.
• Cross-Module Financial Mapping: Define accounting rules for automated journal postings coming from Odoo Sales, Purchase, Inventory (including automated inventory valuation), and Payroll modules.
• Financial Reporting Setup: Configure localized reporting templates for real-time Profit & Loss (P&L), Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, and automated GST/TDS summary reports.
• Process & Workflow Setup: Define multi-level approval workflows for vendor bills, customer credit limits, and expense management.
• Inputting all Invoices: Support the finance team on various closing activities: TDS related compliances: GST returns: Preparation of financial statement.

Responsibilities

• Utilize Odoo ERP to manage all aspects of accounting, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and financial reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Odoo ERP with other business systems.
• Assist with ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting tasks as required.

Must Have

• Masters degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Experience working as an accountant, preferably in a role involving the use of Odoo ERP.
• Excellent understanding of accounting principles and practices.
• Certification in Odoo ERP (optional but preferred).
