Job summary

Maersk is seeking a Customer Experience professional in Mumbai to support onboarded customers within the Maersk environment. The role covers customer channel management, case handling, email and chat processes, and ongoing onboarding and relationship activities.

You will contribute to contract and dispute management while engaging with multiple geographies, offering opportunities for professional growth in a global logistics setting.

Job Description

Customer Experience includes roles that provide services to customers once they are onboarded in the Maersk environment. Activities may include the following (but are not limited to):

• Customer channel management
• Case Management

• Email & Chat process
• Customer onboarding and relationship management
• Contract and dispute management
• and more.

Afternoon Shifts: 1:30pm to 10:30pm
