VRINDA INTERNATIONAL is hiring an O2C Executive - Spanish Specialist for a night shift role in Gurugram. The candidate will handle end-to-end O2C processes, with emphasis on Spanish communication, billing accuracy, and payment tracking.

The position requires 3-5 years of O2C experience, commerce/finance education, and strong Excel skills. The role is based in Sector 54, Gurugram with 5 days on-site work.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of Experience in O2C / Order-to-Cash Process.
• Spanish Fluency - Speak, Read & Write (Mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of AR & Customer Billing.
• Hands-on experience in Invoice Processing & Payment Tracking.
• Strong understanding of O2C Lifecycle & Reconciliations.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel Skills: VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables & Data Analysis.
• Basic knowledge of Accounting Principles.
• Strong Communication, Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills.

Shift Timing: 06:00 PM - 03:00 AM (Night Shift)

Requirements

Mandatory Skills:

• 3-5 Years of Experience in O2C / Order-to-Cash Process
• Spanish Fluency - Mandatory (Speak, Read & Write)
