Job summary

Surbana Jurong is seeking an O&M Executive for the Amaravati project site in Andhra Pradesh. The ideal candidate holds a relevant Civil or Mechanical Engineering degree with 5–8 years of O&M or infrastructure experience.

The role is 100% project-based on site, supporting the O&M Expert with maintenance planning, monitoring performance, and documentation to ensure safe and reliable operation of assets.

Qualifications

• Relevant graduation in Civil/Mechanical Engineering.
• 5–8 years of O&M/infrastructure experience.
• Location: Amaravati project site in Andhra Pradesh.

Responsibilities

• Assist the O&M Expert in day-to-day O&M activities.
• Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.
• Monitor equipment and system performance to minimize downtime.
• Analyze maintenance data to identify potential issues.
• Coordinate with site teams and contractors for timely maintenance.
• Maintain O&M records, reports, and maintenance schedules.
• Support in ensuring the safe, reliable operation of project assets.
• Identify areas for improvement and support corrective actions.
