NURSING STATION HEALTHCARE PVT LTD in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, seeks an experienced Home Nursing Coordinator to organize and oversee home nursing services. You will coordinate patient care, assign nursing staff, and ensure safe, compassionate care delivered at patients’ homes.

The role requires strong communication, roster management, documentation, and collaboration with doctors and hospitals. Bachelor’s degree preferred; 3 years Home Nurse experience; English preferred; travel up to 75% with

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Home nursing coordination experience preferred.
• 3 years home nurse experience preferred.
• English language preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule home nursing services based on patient care requirements.
• Assess patient needs and assign suitable nursing staff for quality care delivery.
• Maintain regular communication with patients, families, nurses, and healthcare professionals.
• Monitor nursing services to ensure compliance with clinical and company standards.
• Manage nurse duty rosters, attendance, and shift allocations efficiently.
• Conduct patient follow-ups and address service-related concerns promptly.
• Maintain accurate patient records, nursing reports, and service documentation.
• Support recruitment, orientation, and training of nursing staff when required.
• Ensure timely coordination with doctors, hospitals, and other healthcare providers.
• Promote patient satisfaction by delivering professional, safe, and compassionate home healthcare services.
