Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide quality nursing care to patients at home, including elder and critical care.

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Perform nursing procedures: wound care, catheter care, injections, IV care.
• Maintain accurate patient-care documentation and reports.
• Coordinate with doctors, caregivers, and family members.
• Identify and escalate changes in patient condition.
• Ensure compliance with clinical and infection-control standards.
• Support and guide junior nurses/trainees when required.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide quality nursing care to patients at home, including critical care and elder care as per patient requirements.
• Monitor patients, assess clinical conditions, and record vital signs.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Perform nursing procedures including wound care, catheter care, injections, IV care, and other clinical procedures as applicable.
• Provide appropriate care and monitoring for patients requiring critical care and elderly care.
• Maintain accurate patient-care documentation and reports.

• Identify and promptly elevate any changes in the patient's condition.
• Ensure compliance with clinical, hygiene, infection-control, and patient-safety standards.

Candidate Requirements

• B.Sc Nursing / GNM / Post Basic B.Sc Nursing / M.Sc Nursing
• Minimum 4+ years of nursing experience; 5+ years preferred.
• Experience in hospital, clinical, critical care, or home healthcare settings preferred.
• Valid registration with the relevant State Nursing Council.
• Strong clinical knowledge and patient-handling skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
