You will supervise Nurse In-charges, Staff Nurses, and nursing staff, plan manpower, and ensure NABH-compliant practices while collaborating with doctors and HR to enhance patient safety

Qualifications

• B.Sc Nursing or GNM from a recognized institution.
• 8–11 years of experience in a hospital setting.
• Experience as Nursing Superintendent or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the overall nursing operations of the hospital.
• Ensure quality patient care and nursing standards.
• Supervise Nurse In-charges, Staff Nurses, and nursing staff.
• Manage nursing manpower and duty rosters.
• Ensure proper deployment of nursing staff across departments and shifts.
• Monitor nursing documentation, medication practices, infection control, and patient safety.
• Coordinate with doctors, Unit Head, HR, and other departments.
• Conduct regular nursing rounds and monitor patient care.
• Address patient and attendant concerns related to nursing services.
• Conduct training and competency development programs for nursing staff.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, SOPs, and NABH standards.
• Monitor nursing quality and support continuous improvement initiatives.

• Experience in a secondary care multispeciality hospital is preferred.
• Strong experience in nursing administration and team management.
• Good communication, leadership, and coordination skills.
