Job summary

Silver Geanie Nursing Officer – Clinical Services, Home Healthcare & Elder Care is sought for Delhi NCR and other assigned locations. Requires 2–5 years of clinical nursing experience with B.Sc.

Nursing or GNM and valid Nursing Council registration. You will perform nursing assessments, administer medications and IV therapy, manage wound care and provide home-based elder care with a focus on safety and patient comfort.

Qualifications

• Registered with Nursing Council
• BLS certification; ACLS preferred
• 2–5 years of clinical nursing experience
• Home healthcare or elder care experience preferred
• Proficient in EMR and nursing documentation
• Ability to work independently in home-care settings
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient nursing assessments and prepare individualized care plans
• Administer medications, injections, IV therapy and manage wound care
• Handle catheterization, feeding tubes, tracheostomy and oxygen therapy
• Monitor vital signs and identify early clinical deterioration
• Provide home healthcare and geriatric nursing care
• Manage chronic diseases and support dementia/Alzheimer’s care
• Identify and prevent fall risks among elderly patients
• Supervise, train and guide caregivers/attendants
• Counsel patients and families on treatment and home-care procedures
• Maintain EMR, nursing records, clinical reports and progress notes
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, infection control and statutory requirements
• Handle emergencies, perform BLS, and coordinate hospital transfers
• Participate in clinical audits and quality improvement initiatives
