The organization is seeking a Nursing Officer to provide safe, compassionate, and effective nursing care to patients under the supervision of doctors and senior nursing staff. The involves patient assessment, medication administration, monitoring vital signs, maintaining clinical records, assisting in procedures, and coordinating with the healthcare team to support quality patient care.

• Provide nursing care to patients according to their clinical needs and treatment plans.
• Monitor and record vital signs, symptoms, and changes in patients conditions.
• Administer medicines, injections, IV fluids, and treatments as prescribed.
• Assist doctors during examinations, procedures, and emergency interventions.
• Maintain accurate nursing notes, patient records, and treatment documentation.
• Monitor patients before, during, and after medical procedures.
• Provide wound care, catheter care, and other nursing procedures as required.
• Educate patients and attendants about treatment, medication, hygiene, and care instructions.
• Follow infection prevention and control practices.
• Maintain proper handling and documentation of medicines and clinical supplies.
