The organization is seeking a Nursing Officer - Nursing to provide comprehensive nursing care and support to patients while assisting doctors and coordinating with the healthcare team. The involves patient assessment, medication administration, monitoring clinical conditions, assisting with procedures, maintaining nursing documentation, and following established patient safety and infection-control practices.

• Provide nursing care based on patients clinical conditions and prescribed treatment plans.
• Assess and monitor patients vital signs, symptoms, and overall health status.
• Administer medicines, injections, IV fluids, and other treatments as prescribed.
• Assist doctors during examinations, procedures, treatments, and emergencies.
• Maintain accurate nursing notes, patient records, and clinical documentation.
• Monitor patients before and after procedures and report changes in condition promptly.
• Perform wound care, catheter care, and other nursing procedures as required.
• Educate patients and caregivers about medicines, hygiene, treatment, and care instructions.
• Follow infection prevention, patient safety, and nursing protocols.
• Maintain proper handling and documentation of medicines, equipment, and clinical supplies.
• Coordinate with doctors, nurses, technicians, and other healthcare professionals.
• Respond promptly to patient emergencies according to established protocols.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization of the nursing unit.
