Job summary

Ambuja Neotia Healthcare Venture in Raipur is seeking an experienced nursing leader to oversee the nursing department, develop policies, and ensure high-quality patient care.

You will supervise staff, conduct training, coordinate with doctors and administration, monitor care services, and manage staffing and resources while upholding NABH standards.

This role requires B.Sc/M.Sc Nursing, active Nursing Council registration, and strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• B.Sc Nursing or M.Sc Nursing from a recognized institution.
• Valid Nursing Council Registration.
• NABH hospital experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
