Qualifications

• B.Sc. Nursing or M.Sc. Nursing with valid Nursing Council registration.
• 23+ years of experience, including 10+ years in leadership roles.
• Strong knowledge of NABH standards and accreditation processes.

Preferred candidate profile

• B.Sc. Nursing / M.Sc. Nursing (preferred) with valid Nursing Council registration.
• 23+ years of experience, including 10+ years in leadership roles.
• Strong working knowledge of NABH standards and accreditation processes.
• Experience in managing ICU, OT, Emergency, and specialty units.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Expertise in quality assurance, infection control, and patient safety.
• Proficiency in HIS, EMR/EHR systems, and documentation.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage critical situations and patient grievances effectively.
• Certifications in BLS/ACLS and Infection Control preferred.
