Aviagen creche is seeking a dedicated teacher to care for children ages 2 to 5 and support their speech development. The role includes organizing daily routines, supervising play, and ensuring hygiene and safety standards are met.

You will implement age-appropriate activities, teach basic literacy through stories and rhymes, and collaborate with creche staff to maintain nutritious meals and snacks while monitoring attendance and stock.

• Provide indoor and outdoor playtime
• Maintain hygiene and housekeeping in creche
• Provide nutritious meals and snacks
• Keep attendance registers for students and staff and manage inventories
• Maintain stock of hygiene and grocery items
• Manage daily routines and schedules
• Ensure children's safety and compliance with safety policies

Job Description Summary:

Creche Teacher is responsible to take care of the Children aged 2 to 5 years and Developing children's speech skills and encouraging self-discipline. Responsible to manage the creche assistant.

Job Description:

• Should take care of all the kids equally and give the kids proper care
• Teaching kids with letters, words, rhymes, and stories
• Inducing the mental sharpness of the kids through brain stimulational activities
• Ensuring the kids are given indoor and outdoor play time
• Ensuring the proper hygiene and house-keeping of the Creche
• Need to ensure the quality and nutritious food is provided to the kids
• Ensure kids are enriched with interim snacks / milk
• Maintaining the Students and Staff attendance registers
• Keeping the records for material inventory and the stock
• Maintaining the minimum stock of hygiene and grocery items
• Managing the daily routine schedules of the kids
• Responsible for the safety of the kids
• Complying with Safety, Biosecurity and other Company Policies
