• Basic computer skills in Microsoft Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Attend electrical, mechanical, and plumbing breakdowns in farms, laboratories, powerhouse, and other locations.
• Troubleshoot faults in electrical and mechanical equipment safely and effectively.
• Work in powerhouse operations on shift basis as assigned.
• Maintain a solution-oriented approach during equipment failures and emergencies.
• Plan and schedule preventive maintenance activities on annual, monthly, and weekly basis.
• Maintain equipment history cards and update maintenance records regularly.
• Monitor equipment performance and suggest corrective actions to improve reliability.
• Show flexibility to work in shifts, extended hours, and emergencies when required.
• Coordinate with other departments to complete maintenance and project work on time.
• Assist technicians, electricians, plumbers, and team members as needed.
• Prepare and submit weekly and monthly maintenance reports on time.
• Contribute ideas for continuous improvement in maintenance activities.

• Plan and schedule preventive maintenance activities on annual, monthly, and weekly basis to minimize equipment downtime.
• Maintain equipment history cards and update maintenance records accurately and regularly.
• Monitor equipment performance proactively and recommend corrective actions to improve reliability and efficiency
• Demonstrate flexibility and willingness to work in shifts, extended hours, and emergency situations whenever required.
• Coordinate effectively with other departments to complete maintenance and project-related works on time.
• Assist technicians, electricians, plumbers, and team members whenever required.
• Prepare and submit weekly and monthly maintenance reports accurately and within the specified timeline.
• Contribute ideas for continuous improvement in maintenance activities and operational efficiency.
• Demonstrate commitment, reliability, and dedication towards organizational requirements and emergency response.
• Stay within the organization premises and required to attend breakdowns at any time, including during weekly off days and emergencies.

Required Qualification, Skills & Experience

• Diploma in EEE.
• Minimum three years of relevant experience.
• Strong troubleshooting knowledge in electrical and mechanical systems.
• Basic understanding of farm maintenance activities.
• Knowledge of preventive and breakdown maintenance practices.
• Basic computer skills in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Willingness to learn new systems, technologies, and maintenance practices.
• Need to travel to other locations for maintenance and operational support activities.
• Ability to maintain reports and maintenance records accurately.
• Good communication and coordination skills
