Job summary

Aesthetica Veda, a multi-specialty cosmetic clinic with Bangalore branches, seeks a dedicated Staff Nurse to support clinical operations at our Whitefield site and beyond. The role involves assisting doctors during consultations and procedures, ensuring patient care, and maintaining smooth day-to-day workflow.

You will prep rooms, monitor patients, educate on care, and maintain records while upholding hygiene standards in a premium clinic environment across Whitefield, HRBR, and Koramangala.

Qualifications

• GNM or BSc Nursing degree from a recognized institution.
• Freshers welcome; cosmetic/dermatology clinic experience is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinical setting.
• Basic computer literacy for digital records and scheduling.
• Willingness to learn aesthetic procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist doctors during consultations, procedures, and cosmetic treatments.
• Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and consumables; ensure sterility.
• Monitor patients before, during, and after procedures; report adverse reactions.
• Educate patients on pre- and post-procedure care.
• Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation.
• Manage inventory of supplies and equipment; coordinate restocking.
• Ensure hygiene, sterilization, and infection-control protocols.
• Handle minor emergencies with first-response care and escalate as needed.
• Coordinate with clinical and admin teams for smooth patient journeys.

Role Overview

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurse to support clinical operations at our Whitefield branch. The ideal candidate will assist doctors during consultations and procedures, ensure high standards of patient care, and help maintain smooth day-to-day clinical workflow.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist consultant doctors during patient consultations, minor procedures, and cosmetic treatments
• Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and consumables prior to procedures, ensuring sterility and readiness
• Monitor patients before, during, and after procedures; observe for any adverse reactions and report promptly
• Educate patients on pre- and post-procedure care instructions
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, treatment notes, and clinical documentation
• Manage inventory of medical supplies, consumables, and equipment; coordinate restocking as needed
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, sterilization, and infection-control protocols
• Handle minor emergencies or adverse events with appropriate first-response care and elevate to the doctor as required
• Coordinate with the clinical and administrative team to ensure a smooth patient journey
• Maintain patient confidentiality and uphold professional and ethical standards at all times

Required Qualifications & Skills

• GNM or BSc Nursing degree from a recognized institution
• Freshers welcome; prior experience in a cosmetic/dermatology/aesthetic clinic is an added advantage
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a patient-first attitude
• Ability to multitask and stay composed in a fast-paced clinical setting
• Basic computer literacy (for maintaining digital records/scheduling tools)
• Willingness to learn aesthetic/cosmetic procedure-specific protocols
