Role Description

The Dermatologist will provide clinical and cosmetic dermatology services, including consultation, diagnosis, and treatment of a wide range of skin, hair, and nail conditions. Day-to-day responsibilities include examining patients, prescribing appropriate medical or cosmetic treatments, performing procedures such as acne management, chemical peels, laser therapies, and other aesthetic interventions, and documenting all care accurately. The role involves counseling clients on treatment options, skin care regimens, and preventive measures, while collaborating with other specialists within the clinic as needed. This is a part-time, on-site role based in Whitefield, Bengaluru, requiring consistent presence during clinic hours and active participation in maintaining high standards of patient safety and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Medicine and Dermatology, with the ability to diagnose and manage common and complex skin conditions.


• Clinical expertise in Cosmetic Dermatology and Cosmetology, including aesthetic procedures and non-surgical treatments.


• Specific experience in managing Acne and related disorders, with both medical and cosmetic approaches.


• Recognized medical degree (MBBS) and postgraduate qualification in Dermatology (MD/DNB or equivalent), with valid registration with the appropriate medical council.


• Demonstrated commitment to ethical practice, client confidentiality, and evidence-based treatment protocols.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to counsel clients, explain procedures, and manage expectations.


• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary clinic environment and adapt to established clinical workflows.


• Experience in cosmetic clinic settings and familiarity with lasers, injectables, and advanced dermatology devices is an advantage.
