Job summary

Sahrudaya Health Care in Bengaluru is seeking a Nurse Educator to lead training initiatives and enhance nursing education across practices.

You will analyze incidents, conduct RCA/CAPA, identify training needs, and coordinate with Nursing Superintendent to implement improvements. Regular rounds will assess nursing services, and you will engage with patients and relatives to capture feedback and close gaps in service delivery.

Qualifications

• Candidate must have experience as Nurse Educator for minimum 1 year.
• Immediate joining preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze incident reports, perform RCA and CAPA, and report to the HOD.
• Assess training needs of HIC Practices, coordinate with ICN, and update in CNE.
• Analyze training needs for in-charges and supervisors with Nursing Superintendent.
• Take rounds in the hospital to assess nursing services rendered.
• Meet patients and relatives to gather feedback and improvise services.

Role & responsibilities

3. 3. To analyse incharges and supervisors training need in coordination with Nursing superintendent and implementing the same.
4. 4. Taking rounds in the hospital regularly to assess and analyze the nursing services rendered
5. 5. Meeting Patients and Relatives to seek feedback to know the needs and filling the gaps and to improvises the services

Preferred candidate profile

• Candidate must have experience as Nurse Educator for minimum 1 year.
• Preferring candidate with Immediate joining.
