ERD Technologies in Noida is seeking a Nurse for our factory to provide basic medical care, first aid, and emergency response for employees. The role involves managing the on-site medical room, maintaining confidential medical records, and coordinating with hospitals for emergencies.

The candidate should have GNM or B.Sc. Nursing with valid registration and 2–3 years of relevant experience. Knowledge of occupational health and workplace safety is essential.

Formación

• GNM or B.Sc. Nursing with valid nursing registration.
• 2–3 years of relevant nursing experience preferred.
• Maintain medical records and confidentiality.

Responsabilidades

• Provide first aid and immediate medical assistance to employees in case of injuries, illness, burns, cuts, or other emergencies.
• Manage the factory medical room/dispensary and ensure availability of first-aid kits and supplies.
• Maintain employee medical records, treatment registers, first-aid registers, and incident-related documentation confidentially.
• Coordinate with hospitals, doctors, and ambulance services for emergencies and referrals.
• Monitor employees requiring medical attention and arrange periodic health check-ups.
• Support health awareness initiatives on hygiene, sanitation, hydration, heat stress, and occupational health.
• Assist HR and the Safety Officer in investigating workplace injuries and health records.
• Ensure proper storage, expiry checks, and replenishment of medical supplies.
• Assist in emergency preparedness, evacuation drills, and medical response procedures.
• Follow statutory requirements relating to first aid, medical facilities, and occupational health.

Job Summary:

To provide basic medical care, first aid, and emergency assistance to factory employees, maintain medical records, and support workplace health and welfare requirements in accordance with applicable factory legislation and State Rules.
