• MBBS degree with valid registration from the National Medical Commission (NMC).
  
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Factory Medical Officer or in an industrial/occupational health setting.
  
• Strong clinical knowledge in emergency medicine, first aid, and preventive healthcare.
  
• Proficiency in managing common occupational health issues such as musculoskeletal disorders, respiratory conditions, and chemical exposures.
  
• Familiarity with Indian Factories Act, Occupational Health and Safety Regulations, and relevant government guidelines.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with diverse employee groups.
  
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced industrial environment.
  
• Proficient in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and office software.
  
• Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends, as required by operational needs.
