The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing relationships with Non-Resident Indian (NRI) clients, providing them with tailored financial solutions that meet their unique needs. This role requires a deep understanding of remittances, currency exchange, and forex products, as well as the ability to effectively communicate and build trust with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with NRI clients, understanding their financial goals and providing appropriate solutions.
• Advise clients on forex transactions, remittances, and other financial products, ensuring they are well-informed about market trends and opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and support to clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly.
• Stay updated on regulatory changes and market developments in the forex and trade finance sectors to provide accurate advice.
• Identify opportunities for cross-selling additional products and services to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.
