Job summary

AP Management Consultants is seeking an experienced professional to drive New Product Introduction strategy alignment with internal teams and external suppliers. The role leads strategic decisions, maintains action plans, and develops production documentation such as PFMEA, work instructions, and flow charts.

The incumbent will ensure NPI guideline compliance, contribute to design reviews, support obsolescence redesigns, and advocate Lean Manufacturing across the plant while resolving

Responsibilities

• Drive alignment of New Product Introduction strategy with internal stakeholders and the external supplier base
• Provide leadership, direction and strategy, and make operational decisions cost/benefit analysis with key stakeholders and partners
• Maintain and follow-up on action plan(s)
• Develop documentation to support production (PFMEA, work instructions, flow charts, procedures, routings data, product labels)
• Ensure compliance to New Product Introduction (NPI) Phase Review Guideline
• Actively participate in design reviews and provide input to new electronic circuit designs obsolescence redesigns
• Play a major role in implementing Lean Manufacturing within the plant
• Be a key player in resolving yield issues during pilot to Mass production
• Project manage product enhancements from design divisions
