Job summary

Lumax Auto Technologies Ltd is seeking a seasoned Program Manager to drive end-to-end NPD projects from concept to mass production. You will coordinate across R&D, operations, procurement, marketing, and sales to keep deliverables aligned and on schedule.

The role emphasizes risk management, budget control, and quality/compliance to meet regulatory and safety standards while maintaining ROI. You will report to senior management and key business units, ensuring clear stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
• Establish quality goals, conduct gate reviews, and ensure regulatory and safety compliance.
• Provide regular status updates to senior management and business unit leaders.

Role & responsibilities:

1. End-to-End Executio - Leading NPD projects from concept, design, testing, to mass production and go-to-market rollout.

2. Cross-Functional Leadershi - Coordinating with R&D, operations, procurement, marketing, and sales teams to align project deliverables.

3. Schedule & Budget Managemen - Developing master program schedules, managing milestones, and overseeing project budgets to ensure cost-efficiency and ROI.

4. Risk & Issue Managemen - Identifying potential technical, supply chain, or regulatory risks early and developing mitigation strategies.

5. Quality & Compliance - Establishing quality goals, managing gate-review meetings, and ensuring the new product complies with all regulatory and safety standards.

6. Stakeholder Communication - Providing periodic program status updates to senior management and business unit leadership.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Engineering or in a related field and having 10+ years of progressive experience in product management, R&D or large scale program management.
• Certification (Project Management Professional) or (Program Management Professional) are highly preferred.
• Proficiency in project management and road mapping software.
