Role Overview

AtNurturing Green,we’relooking for a detail-driven and execution-focusedMerchandiser (Sr. Executive)who ensures our products move from concept to launchseamlessly, on time, and cost-effectively. This role sits at the intersection ofcreativity, operations, and commercial viability. Driveend-to-end product execution— ensuringtimelylaunches, optimized costing, and smooth coordination across teams and vendors.

• Collaborate with existing vendors andassistin onboarding new vendors
• Manage costing, MOQ, and lead time discussions
• Conduct first-level negotiations with vendors (pricing & timelines)
• Coordinate with Purchase team for vendor creation & contract finalization
• Conduct product and material research known for market relevance

2. Costing, Viability & Approvals

• Ensure products meettarget contribution margins
• Evaluate commercial feasibility before approvals
• Align launches with defined timelines and cost structures

3. Packaging & Sampling Execution

• Share final design files with vendors (placement, finish, UV/Non-UV)
• Visit vendors for material checks and technical validations
• Approve digital and physical samples (including UV detailing)
• CoordinateGold Sample approvalwith Founder & Creative Lead
• Monitor production to ensure adherence to timelines and quality

4. MIS, ERP & Tracking

• Maintain and update internal costing trackers
• Review trackers prepared by junior team members
• Coordinate ERP code creation for new products, SO Punching process etc
• Ensure data accuracy across systems and documentation

5. Launch Readiness & Stakeholder Training

• Conduct training sessions for internal teams on new product launches
• Responsible to circulate relevant PPTs, videos, and live demosetc
• Address stakeholder queries and ensure clarity on product details
• Coordinate initial Purchase Orders and quality check of first lots, with purchase & warehouse

Preferred Background

• Exposure to lifestyle, home decor, gifting, or retail brands (preferred)
• Graduation from Design background (good to have)
• Familiarity with ERP systems and costing frameworks
