Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sr Executive/NPD Lead located in Pune. The Sr Executive will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets. This role involves regular prototype Development, Trials in Lab and @ Customer Site and maintaining detailed records of NPD activities and client interactions.

Qualifications

• Proven R&D/NPD experience, preferably in the food and beverage industry
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to conduct Trials, Formulation Development, Keep Watch on New Trends
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Willingness to travel and work on-site in Pune
• Master’s degree in Food Technology, Dairy Technology, or a related field is preferred
