Talent Acquaintance in Gurugram is seeking a skilled Technical Support executive to assist customers by phone, email, or chat. You will troubleshoot complex issues, collaborate with internal teams, and expand product knowledge.

The role demands strong communication, analytical thinking, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced IT-enabled environment. Experience in an international BPO is a plus.
