Responsibilities

• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliation of bank loan portfolios.
• Reconcile notional balances, funded/unfunded balances, and interest accruals between custodians, agents, and administrators.
• Investigate and resolve cash, trade, and position discrepancies.
• Coordinate with clients, custodians, agents, and counterparties to resolve reconciliation breaks.
• Prepare wire movements for settlements and other cash-related activities.
• Handle loan rollovers, resets, and repricing on monthly/quarterly cycles.
• Communicate with Prime Brokers to resolve fund-related queries.
• Ensure timely settlement and accurate maintenance of loan transactions.

We are looking for a Senior Analyst Bank Loan Reconciliation to manage loan portfolio reconciliations, investigate reconciliation breaks, coordinate with global clients and counterparties, and support settlement activities.

The ideal candidate should have experience in syndicated loans, bank loan operations, reconciliation, and investment banking operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliation of bank loan portfolios.
• Reconcile notional balances, funded and unfunded balances, and interest accruals between custodians, agents, and administrators.
• Investigate and resolve cash, trade, and position discrepancies.
• Coordinate with clients, custodians, agents, and counterparties to resolve reconciliation breaks.
• Prepare wire movements for settlements and other cash-related activities.
• Process assignment and participation documentation.
• Handle loan rollovers, resets, and repricing activities on monthly and quarterly cycles.
• Communicate with Prime Brokers via email and phone to resolve fund-related queries.
• Ensure timely settlement and accurate maintenance of loan transactions.
• Maintain high accuracy while adhering to internal controls and SLA timelines.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Graduate in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Bank Loan Operations, Syndicated Loans, Investment Banking Operations, or Loan Administration.
• Experience working with global financial institutions, custodians, fund administrators, or investment management firms.
• Strong understanding of the syndicated loan lifecycle and reconciliation processes.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
