Job summary

EY in Chennai, India, is seeking a Non-IT Recruiter (FTE) with 1-5 years of recruitment experience to manage end-to-end hiring for EMEA/Americas in a hybrid model.

You will handle sourcing, screening, scheduling, and stakeholder coordination while managing ATS and ensuring an excellent candidate experience. Exposure to multi-country recruitment and UK Right to Work compliance is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 1-5 years of recruitment experience.
• Experience with ATS and sourcing tools.
• Knowledge of EMEA hiring practices preferred.
• Understanding of UK Right to Work compliance.
• Experience in Shared Services/GBS/BPO recruitment environments preferred.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Exposure to multi-country recruitment.
