Job summary

Axis Services in Hyderabad is seeking a BPO Recruiter for day shifts. The role targets female candidates with 3 months to 1 year in recruitment, offering a take-home pay up to 25k plus incentives. Fresher hires start at 13k–15k take-home with performance-based incentives, rising to up to 30k in three months.

Incentives include monthly performance bonuses up to 10k, paid leaves, and opportunities to grow recruitment and HR skills within the company.

Responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates through multiple channels.

• Coordinate with internal teams and hiring managers.
• Ensure smooth candidate experience from sourcing to joining.

BPO RECRUITER | Up to 25,000 Take-Home + Incentives

Location: Hyderabad

Shift: Day Shift

Gender: Female Only

Experience: Minimum 3 months to 1 year in Recruitment

Salary:

Freshers : 13,000 to 15,000 Take-Home + Incentives

• First 3 Months: Up to 30,000 Take-Home + Incentives
• From 4th Month: Salary will increase based on performance
• Salary revision from the 4th month will be based on performance during the first 3 months.
