Job summary

Axis Services in Hyderabad is seeking an HR Recruiter for day shifts. The role requires a minimum 6 months in recruitment and supports sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and maintaining candidate records.

Responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates through various recruitment channels.
• Coordinate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates.
• Maintain candidate records and recruitment data.
• Achieve assigned recruitment and joining targets.
• Coordinate with the internal team and hiring managers.
• Ensure a smooth candidate experience from sourcing to joining.

Salary

• First 3 Months: Up to 25,000 Take-Home + Incentives
  From 4th Month: Up to 35,000 Take-Home + Incentives
  Salary revision from the 4th month will be based on performance during the first 3 months.
