Job summary

Synechron is seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer with strong Node.js and React.js experience to design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications in Bengaluru.

You will build RESTful APIs, microservices, and responsive frontends, while leveraging AI-powered tools to accelerate coding, testing, and documentation.

The candidate should have 5–10 years of hands-on experience and experience with CI/CD, Docker, and cloud platforms.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role
Strong hands-on experience with Node.js and React.js
Experience building RESTful APIs and microservices
Proficiency with frontend technologies (HTML5, CSS3, Redux, React Hooks)
Experience with databases (MongoDB, PostgreSQL, MySQL) and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
Familiarity with Git, CI/CD, Docker, and DevOps practices
Ability to leverage AI-powered development tools to improve coding and testing workflows
Strong problem-solving, debugging, and collaboration skills

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Node.js and React.js

Develop responsive frontend applications with modern UI/UX
Optimize performance, scalability, and security of applications
Collaborate with product owners, architects, and cross-functional teams

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled Full Stack Developer with strong experience in Node.js and React.js to design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with AI-powered code generation and developer productivity tools (such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Amazon Q, CodeWhisperer, ChatGPT, or similar) and be able to leverage them effectively to accelerate software development, testing, debugging, and documentation workflows.

Key Responsibilities

Build and consume RESTful APIs and microservices.
Develop responsive and user-friendly frontend applications.
Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
Collaborate with product owners, architects, and cross-functional teams.
Utilize AI-assisted development tools to improve coding efficiency, automate repetitive tasks, generate test cases, and accelerate debugging.
Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

Required Skills

Experience with HTML5, CSS3, Redux, React Hooks.
Strong understanding of REST APIs, Microservices Architecture, and backend development.
Knowledge of databases such as MongoDB, PostgreSQL, MySQL, or similar.
Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
Hands-on experience with AI code generation tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, ChatGPT, Amazon Q, or equivalent.
Ability to leverage AI tools for code generation, documentation, test automation, refactoring, and productivity enhancement.
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
