We are looking for a Node.js developer responsible for building complex Node.js applications, troubleshooting issues, and providing fixes by following best practices. This includes developing back-end services and implementing CI/CD pipelines for build and deployment. Your primary responsibility will be to design, develop, troubleshoot applications, and coordinate with the team working on different infrastructure layers. A commitment to collaborative problem solving, sophisticated design, and product quality is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• 15+ years of experience in developing Enterprise Webservices using Node.js and Express framework with REST & SOAP standards.
• Minimum 8+ years of experience in distributed architecture-based application development using Node.js microservices with OracleDB/SQL/NoSQL DB.
• Strong experience in developing cloud-native microservice applications for AWS (Lambda, SQS, SNS).
• Hands-on experience in implementing resilient microservices following design patterns.
• Technical expertise in MVC frameworks and Web Services (REST, SOAP) supporting high-volume transactions in distributed environments.
• Experience in writing high-quality code with automated unit testing (JUnit, etc.).
• Experience with industry-standard security concepts like Cryptography, Certificates, Vaults, Key rotation, OAuth, JWT, MFA.
• Experience with AWS components like API Gateway, Fargate, S3, DynamoDB, SNS.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues and provide fixes following best practices.
• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Proficiency with tools like Swagger, WebSphere, Maven/Gradle, GITLab, IntelliJ IDEA, STS.
• Experience with multi-threading and performance tuning.
• Experience with API security protocols including OAuth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement new features.
• Strong communication skills within distributed teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience integrating third-party REST/SOAP services; payment module integration is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and manage teams.
