Job summary

ACT Fibernet in Hyderabad is seeking a NOC Support professional to monitor and maintain network uptime, troubleshoot issues, and support enterprise customers.

You will install, configure and maintain network gear, coordinate with teams, and follow SOPs for incident resolution. Ideal candidates have 1–4 years in NOC or networking, CCNA/CCNP preferred, strong TCP/IP knowledge, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• 1–4 years of experience in NOC support or networking profile.
• Strong understanding of OSI, TCP/IP model, L2/L3 networking techs.
• Troubleshooting experience in TCP, UDP, DHCP, DNS, ICMP, ARP, STP, LACP, MPLS, BGP.
• Excellent enterprise customer handling and communication skills.
• CCNA/CCNP certifications are preferable.

Responsibilities

6. Simulating live network topology in lab and troubleshooting issues

7. Maintain applications including regular backups, high availability, latest version and security

8. Flexible to work at any hours as per business requirements.

9. Updating job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; maintaining personal networks.

10. Maintaining SOP for all troubleshooting and problem resolution steps

11. Enterprise customers escalations management and interaction for troubleshooting and handling of issues.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE DESIRED:

1. 1 to 4 years of experience in NOC Support or networking related profile

2. Strong understanding of OSI, TCP/IP Model, L2 & L3 networking technologies.

3. Strong understanding and troubleshooting experience in TCP, UDP, DHCP, DNS, ICMP, ARP, STP, LACP, MPLS, BGP

4. Excellent (enterprise) customers handling and communication skills.

5. CCNA / CCNP certifications are preferable.
