Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise all hospital operations during the night shift.
• Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, security, housekeeping, engineering, and support departments.
• Monitor patient admissions, transfers, discharges, and emergency services.
• Handle operational issues, patient complaints, and service escalations.
• Ensure adequate staffing and resource availability throughout the shift.
• Respond to emergencies and coordinate incident management.
• Conduct night rounds to monitor departmental performance and patient care.
• Ensure compliance with infection control, safety, and security protocols.
• Prepare shift handover reports, incident reports, and operational MIS.
• Coordinate with senior management regarding critical incidents.
