Job summary

Wellbeing Nutrition is seeking a driven professional to lead nutraceutical product development from ideation to launch. You will translate consumer insights into robust formulations, collaborate with suppliers and production teams, and ensure regulatory compliance across markets.

The role requires strong project management, analytical skills, and excellent communication to coordinate marketing, regulatory, procurement and production functions.

• Experience in end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to launch.
• Strong understanding of nutraceutical ingredients, delivery formats and stability concepts.
• Knowledge of FSSAI regulations and labeling requirements.

2. Project Management

• Manage multiple NPD projects simultaneously across different stages of development
• Ensure adherence to timelines from concept approval to market launch
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including marketing, regulatory, procurement, and production
• Source and evaluate new raw materials in collaboration with procurement
• Liaise with vendors for sampling, technical data, and costing

4. Regulatory & Compliance Support

• Ensure formulations comply with FSSAI and relevant international regulatory guidelines
• Assist in documentation, product specifications, and label claim validation
• Coordinate with regulatory teams for product approvals

5. Testing & Validation

• Coordinate stability studies, sensory evaluations, and lab testing
• Analyze product performance and iterate based on feedback
• Maintain proper documentation of test results and development history

6. Cross-functional Collaboration

• Work closely with marketing teams for product positioning and claims
• Support supply chain and production teams during scale-up and tech transfer
• Participate in product launches and post-launch evaluations
