Suitable AI in Gurugram is seeking a Testing Engineer specializing in telecom core networks and charging domains. You will execute functional, integration, and end-to-end tests across complex network scenarios, extract logs, and troubleshoot multi-node signaling issues.

The role requires hands-on protocol knowledge (Diameter, TCAP, MAP), familiarity with SGW/PGW, PCRF/OCS, and experience with tools like Wireshark, Splunk, and Jira.

Job description

• Execute functional, integration, and E2E testing across core network and charging domains.
• Extract and analyse logs to identify root causes and failure points.
• Troubleshoot multi‑node signalling issues and support defect resolution.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure test coverage and solution alignment.

Required Skills:

• Knowledge of telecom domain (GSM, LTE, 4G, 5G), network architecture (including SGW, PGW, GGSN, MME, PCRF, OCS, Charging System) and hands‑on experience on protocol : Diameter (Gx, Rx, Gy, Sy), TCAP, CAP, MAP.
• Knowledge of protocol stacks like SMTP, SMPP, IMAP/POP3.
• Knowledge of GUI framework like Angular JS, HTML, Vaadin.
• Experience in Automation framework, Junit.
• Knowledge of JAIN SLEE services.
• Experience on Intelligent Routing Controller, Load balancer.
• Knowledge of a Web server like Jetty.
• Understating of Cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, OCI).
• Experience in messaging frameworks like Apache Kafka.
• Experience working with Git, Jenkins, and project management tools such as Jira and confluence
• Ability to interpret logs and pinpoint failures across complete routing paths.
• Experience with network test beds, simulators, and integrated lab environments.
• Experience with tools like Seagull, Firebolt, Wireshark, Splunk, or similar.
• Knowledge of Amdocs Routing Layer (ARL).
• Familiarity with Network elements, OCS, PCRF, and charging systems.
