Job summary

ERM Placement Services in Navi Mumbai is seeking a seasoned Network Security Manager/Senior Manager to lead enterprise network security operations, engineering, and security transformation initiatives. The candidate will act as an L3 Network Security Engineer/Lead across on-premises, hybrid, and cloud environments.

Key responsibilities include firewall administration, architectural design, and coordinating with SOC, cloud, and infrastructure teams to drive secure connectivity and compliance.

Qualifications

• We require 8–15 years of experience in network security leadership.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise firewall administration and cloud security.
• Familiarity with threat prevention, incident resolution, and audits.

Responsibilities

• Lead firewall administration, policy optimization, VPN management, threat prevention, and L3 incident resolution.
• Design and implement network security architecture, segmentation, Zero Trust, and secure connectivity.
• Manage firewall migrations, infrastructure upgrades, and security transformation projects.
• Implement security controls across AWS, Azure, and/or GCP environments.
• Support security audits, vulnerability remediation, compliance, and incident root cause analysis.
• Mentor L1/L2 engineers and coordinate with SOC, cloud, and infrastructure teams.

Brief JD:

We are looking for an experienced Network Security Manager/Senior Manager to lead enterprise network security operations, engineering, and security transformation initiatives. The candidate must have strong hands-on experience as an L3 Network Security Engineer/Lead, managing enterprise security infrastructure across on-premises, hybrid, and cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead firewall administration, policy optimization, VPN management, threat prevention, and L3 incident resolution.
• Design and implement network security architecture, network segmentation, Zero Trust, and secure connectivity.
• Manage firewall migrations, infrastructure upgrades, and security transformation projects.
• Implement security controls across AWS, Azure, and/or GCP environments.
• Support security audits, vulnerability remediation, compliance, and incident root cause analysis.
• Mentor L1/L2 engineers and coordinate with SOC, cloud, and infrastructure teams.

Required Skills:

• Strong expertise in enterprise firewall management, VPN, IDS/IPS, NAT, URL filtering, and network segmentation.
• Strong networking fundamentals: TCP/IP, Routing & Switching, BGP, OSPF, DNS, and DHCP.
• Experience in cloud security, SIEM platforms, vulnerability management, and security monitoring tools.
• Knowledge of NIST, ISO 27001, and CIS Controls.
• Security certifications such as CISSP or CCNP Security are preferred.
