Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or related field.
• 12 to 15 years of experience in network engineering and operations.
• Minimum 3–5 years in a team lead or managerial role.
• Hands-on experience with Palo Alto, Checkpoint, F5, Netskope and CASB solutions.
• Cloud security technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP) familiarity.

Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced and mo vated Manager to work with our Network Security team. This role is responsible for overseeing the strategy, implementa on, and maintenance of our network security infrastructure, with a strong focus on Palo Alto Networks firewalls & Migra ons from Checkpoint or Netskope . The Manager will be part of network security team, ensuring the confiden ality, integrity, and availability of our network resources. This role involves team leadership, vendor coordina on, project execu on, incident management, and con nuous service improvement

Responsibilities

Network Operations & Management

Manage day-to-day operations of enterprise network infrastructure.

Ensure high availability and optimal performance of Palo Alto, Checkpoint & F5 solutions & Cloud “Azure, GCP, AWS”

Monitor network health, capacity, utilisation, and performance using monitoring tools.

Lead troubleshooting and resolution of critical network incidents and outages.

Maintain network uptime in line with business SLAs. Team Leadership Lead and mentor network engineers and support teams. Allocate tasks and manage operational priorities.

Conduct performance reviews and technical coaching.

Ensure adherence to operational processes and documenta on standards. Incident & Change Management

Manage Major Incident handling and Root Cause Analysis (RCA). Participate in CAB meetings and approve network changes. Ensure compliance with ITIL processes including incident, problem, and change management.

Coordinate with TAC, ISPs, and third-party vendors during escalations. Security & Compliance

Ensure network security best practices are implemented.

Work closely with security teams on audits, vulnerability remediation, and compliance requirements. Manage firewall policies, NAC solutions, segmentation, and access control. Project Management

Plan and execute network-related projects. Coordinate with cross-functional teams for infrastructure deployments.

Prepare project documenta on, implementa on plans, and risk assessments.

Manage vendor relationships and procurement activities. Documentation & Reporting

Maintain network diagrams, SOPs, inventory, and technical documenta on.

Prepare operational reports, service metrics, and management dashboards.

Track KPIs and service improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Informa on Technology, Electronics, or related field.

Additional information

Experience

12 to 15 years of experience in network engineering and operations.

Minimum 3–5 years in a Team lead or managerial role. Technical Skills

Strong knowledge of enterprise networking technologies.

Hands-on experience with Palo Alto, Checkpoint, F5, Netskope and CASB solutions.

Experience with Palo Alto Panorama M300, M700 o Palo Alto firewalls 1400,3400,5400 or VM Series o Checkpoint MDS/CMA Environment o F5 Load balancer solution o CASB, Netskope, ServiceNow; experience with cloud security technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP). Certifications (Preferred)

Cisco Systems CCNP / CCIE CISSP/ PCNSE

ITIL Foundation or ITIL Intermediate For net NSE / Palo Alto certifications

Cloud certifications (AWS/Azure) Soft Skills Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent troubleshooting and analytical abilities

Effective communication and stakeholder management

Ability to work under pressure during critical incidents. Strong documentation and reporting skills. Work Environment

24x7 support readiness for critical incidents and escalations. Hybrid/on-site work depending on business requirements.

May require occasional after-hours maintenance support.
