About inte-QT

inte-QT (Intelligent Quoting Technology) enables businesses to access managed internet connectivity and network services globally, working with a network of local operators, ISPs, and technology partners across more than 190 countries.

We combine global reach with intelligent automation to simplify the delivery and assurance of connectivity services. Our Network Operations Centre plays a critical role in ensuring service quality, coordinating global partners, managing escalations, and delivering reliable connectivity to our customers.

The Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced Network Operations Manager to lead our Network Assurance and Service Delivery functions from our Jaipur office.

This is a hands‑on leadership role for someone who understands the telecom and internet service provider ecosystem, can manage complex operational situations, and takes ownership from the moment an issue is raised until it is fully resolved.

You will lead the team responsible for service assurance, project delivery, and coordination with our global partners. You will be a key point of contact for critical operational matters, ensuring that our teams remain organised, our partners are accountable, and our customers receive timely and professional communication.

We are looking for someone who brings structure to operations, remains composed under pressure, and can be trusted to make decisions and drive outcomes independently.

Key Responsibilities
1. Network Operations & Service Assurance
  • Lead day-to-day NOC operations, ensuring service availability, performance, and adherence to agreed SLAs.
  • Oversee incident management, fault isolation, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and preventive actions.
  • Ensure tickets are properly prioritised, documented, tracked, and resolved within agreed timelines.
  • Monitor operational KPIs, identify recurring issues, and drive continuous improvement.
2. Escalation & Stakeholder Management
  • Act as the primary escalation manager for critical incidents, customer concerns, and complex service issues.
  • Coordinate effectively with international ISPs, telecom operators, carriers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain clear, timely, and professional communication throughout an incident, including regular updates and post-incident reporting.
  • Take ownership of escalations until resolution, ensuring accountability and appropriate follow-through.
3. Service Delivery & Project Management
  • Oversee the delivery of connectivity services and network-related projects, from order handover through implementation and service acceptance.
  • Coordinate resources, dependencies, timelines, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Proactively identify delivery risks, resolve bottlenecks, and communicate potential delays before they affect customers.
  • Establish consistent processes for project tracking, delivery reporting, and operational handovers.
4. Team Leadership
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the Network Assurance and Service Delivery teams.
  • Establish clear responsibilities, performance expectations, operational procedures, and escalation paths.
  • Build a culture of ownership, accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning.
  • Ensure effective shift handovers, knowledge sharing, and operational coverage.
5. Global Partner Coordination
  • Work with partners across different countries, time zones, and operating environments.
  • Build strong working relationships with international partners while maintaining service standards and operational discipline.
What We're Looking For
  • Around 8+ years of experience in networking, telecom, ISP, carrier, or managed connectivity environments, with demonstrated operational experience.
  • Good understanding of IP networking, internet connectivity, WAN technologies, and network troubleshooting.
  • Practical experience managing NOC operations, service assurance, incident management, and SLA-driven environments.
  • Proven ability to handle critical escalations, coordinate multiple stakeholders, and drive issues through to resolution.
  • Experience managing service delivery, implementation projects, or technical delivery teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to engage professionally with customers, suppliers, and senior stakeholders.
  • Strong organisational skills, particularly in ticket management, prioritisation, reporting, and operational follow-through.
  • Demonstrated people-management skills, including the ability to coach team members and manage competing priorities.
  • A proactive, adaptable, and solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to remain calm and decisive under pressure.
  • Willingness to work flexibly across international time zones when operational requirements demand it.
Good to Have
  • Industry certifications.
  • Project management courses such as PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience with ITIL practices, incident and problem management, SLA reporting, and service delivery frameworks.
  • Familiarity with network monitoring and management platforms, ticketing systems, and operational automation.
  • Experience working with international telecom operators, ISPs, carriers, or managed service providers.
What Success Looks Like
  • A well-organised and accountable NSOC.
  • Timely resolution of incidents and effective management of critical escalations.
  • Consistent, predictable, and well-coordinated service delivery.
  • Strong communication and working relationships with global partners.
  • A capable, motivated team that operates with clear ownership and minimal day-to-day dependency on senior management.
